A spreadsheet for tracking gold across your characters in an online game, plus crafting cooldowns and auction sales. You type the numbers in. The formulas total them per character, per month and overall.
Seven tabs: Start here, Characters (50 rows), Gold log, Crafting cooldowns, Auction sales (2,000 rows each), Summary and Lists. Current gold is starting gold plus the gold log plus sold auctions. Cooldowns show Ready or Waiting with hours left. Auction rows give fee, net and profit from one fee you set. Summary has totals, a per character table, a 12 month table and two bar charts.
You get one .xlsx file for Excel. It uses only functions that Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets all have, and it imports into Google Sheets through Google Drive (File, Save as Google Sheets).
Not included: any connection to a game, live prices, or game data. Sample rows are marked (delete me). The Summary per character table shows the first 10 characters. One buyer, personal use.
The formulas, layout and instructions were written with AI assistance (Claude) and checked by me.
